Stamp cards your customers keep in their phone

Design a card with your colours and stamp icon, print its QR code and put it by the till. A customer scans it, joins in the browser and adds the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Nothing to install. Your staff stamp it from their own phone, and the card in the customer's Wallet updates by itself.

Kari runs the door

Kari is the guest list and door system Wox built for a bar in Tbilisi. Guests ask for access with a social profile, your team verifies them, and each verified guest gets a QR pass for one night. Door staff scan it, and a person decides. Every admit and every deny is written down.

One account, every product

Your Wox account holds your businesses, your team and every subscription.

  1. Create your account

    Your name, your email and a password. It is free, and there is no card to enter.

  2. Add your business and your team

    Name your venue, then invite managers and staff with a link. Each person signs in with their own account.

  3. Subscribe to what you need

    Start a stamp card on the free plan or request Kari. On loyalty.wox.ge you sign in with the same email and password.

What is the Wox Portal?

portal.wox.ge is the front door to every Wox product. It shows what is live and what is coming, and it holds your Wox account: your businesses, your team and your subscriptions to Wox Loyalty and Kari.

I already use Wox POS. Do I need another account?

For now, yes. Wox POS and the back office keep their own sign-in at app.wox.ge. The account you make here is the one for Wox Loyalty and Kari: on loyalty.wox.ge you sign in with the same email and password.

What does it cost?

A Wox account is free. Wox Loyalty has a free plan, Pro at 29 ₾ a month and Business at 69 ₾. Kari is 299 ₾ a month for one venue. Wox POS and the back office have their own plans at wox.ge/pricing, from free to 349 ₾ a month. Sellit starts with 30 days free, and its prices are on sellit.ge.

How is Kari set up?

You send a setup request from your account. The Wox team contacts you, prepares Kari for your venue and switches it on. Nothing is charged until Kari is live at your door.

Can my staff use my account?

Each person has their own account. You invite them to your business as an admin or as staff with a link, and the link works for seven days.

When will accounting and the hardware be ready?

There are no dates yet. Join the list on the product's page and you will get one email when it opens.

Is everything in Georgian?

Yes. Every page here is in Georgian and English, and Wox Loyalty cards and join pages work in both languages.
