Wox POS, the till your floor runs on

Take orders at the table or the bar, fire courses to the kitchen and close the day on one screen. Wox POS keeps working when the internet drops and catches up by itself when it comes back.

What it does

Wox POS is the point of sale at the centre of Wox. Waiters and cashiers share one live order per table or tab, so a course fired at the bar shows up on the kitchen display at once. The floor map shows which tables are open, waiting for the check or ready to clear, and you can move a table to another waiter in a few taps.

Checks split by guest, by item or by share. Bar tabs stay open across shift changes until someone closes them. Voids, comps and price overrides ask for a manager PIN, and every override is logged with who, when and why.

Every sale takes its ingredients off stock against the recipe, so your counts and food cost stay current without a nightly reconciliation. The cart, the orders and the payments are kept on the terminal first, which is why service carries on through an outage.

Who it is for

Restaurants with table service, bars that run tabs, cafés at the counter and quick-service kitchens in Georgia. If you are still writing orders on paper or running a till that knows nothing about your stock, this is the part of Wox to start with.

What you get

Tables and floor map
See every table's state at a glance and reassign a table to another waiter in seconds.
Course firing
Send starters, mains and desserts to the right kitchen station when you choose, not all at once.
Split checks and bar tabs
Split by guest, item or share; keep a tab running through a shift change.
Offline first
Orders and payments are saved on the terminal and sync when the connection returns.
Kitchen display
Tickets with timers, modifiers, allergens and notes; tap to bump or recall.
Manager PIN
Voids, comps and overrides need a manager's PIN and are logged by name.

How it works with the rest of Wox

Wox POS is where the other products get their numbers. Each sale draws stock down in Inventory & purchasing, which turns low counts into purchase orders. The QR menu reads the same menu records as the till, so a price you change is already right on the guests' phones. Wox Loyalty and Kari run beside it with their own subscriptions on this portal.

Where it stands

Questions

Does Wox POS work without internet?

Yes. The cart, orders and payments are kept on the terminal first. Service carries on through a dropped connection, and the terminal syncs with the cloud by itself when the connection returns.

How much does Wox POS cost?

Wox has four monthly plans in Georgian lari: Free at 0 GEL with no card needed, Starter at 149 GEL, Growth at 249 GEL and Enterprise at 349 GEL. The full comparison is at wox.ge/pricing.

Does the POS update my stock?

Yes. Every sale deducts the ingredients of each dish against its recipe, so on-hand counts and cost of goods stay accurate without a separate reconciliation at night.
