What it does
Inventory & purchasing is the back office of Wox, at app.wox.ge. You set up your storage areas and items once, then count them in sessions that work offline. Par levels mark the point where an item runs low, and low items become reorder suggestions that turn into draft purchase orders with one tap.
Purchase orders follow your rules: budgets, approval policies for orders above a threshold, and recurring orders for the deliveries you place every week. When the invoice arrives, Wox reads its lines and prices for you, and every price change is kept in the item's history.
Connect rs.ge with a dedicated sub-user and Wox imports twelve months of your buyer waybills. Suppliers become vendor records and waybill lines become items, but nothing touches stock until a manager reviews and confirms them. After that, Wox checks rs.ge again every night.

How it works with the rest of Wox
Inventory & purchasing takes its sales from Wox POS, so stock goes down as dishes are sold. Purchase orders can go to suppliers you find in the Supplier marketplace, and their catalog prices flow into your vendor items. The QR menu and Wox POS read the same menu, so the dish you cost here is the dish guests order.

How does the rs.ge connection work?
You create one rs.ge sub-user with the Tax Document permission and paste its credentials into Wox, which takes about five minutes. Wox imports twelve months of buyer waybills as drafts, and nothing changes stock until a manager confirms.
Can I count stock without internet?
Yes. Count sessions work offline on a phone or tablet and sync when the device is back online. Items below their par level are flagged so you can turn them into a purchase order.
Does it handle more than one location?
Yes. Each location keeps its own stock, storage areas and staff, you can transfer stock between them, and group reports roll every location up in one dashboard.
