A QR menu that is always today's menu

Print one QR code per table. Guests open your menu in their phone's browser, in Georgian, English or Russian, and it always shows today's prices.

What it does

Every Wox location gets a public menu page at a link you choose, plus a QR code for it. The page is built from the same menu records your Wox POS uses, so there is no PDF to export and no second menu to keep in step. Change a price and the page already shows it; mark a dish as sold out and it drops off.

You pick one of three designs: Counter for long drink and café lists, Gallery for menus led by photos, and Feast for set and tasting menus. Tagged dishes get vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and spicy filters, and you can highlight a dish as Popular or Chef's Pick. Set menus, promotions and happy-hour windows show while they run.

The QR code can be recoloured to match your venue, downloaded as a PNG, printed or emailed. A contrast check warns you before a code that will not scan goes to the printer.

Who it is for

Any venue that hands out paper menus, reprints them every time a price moves, or serves guests who do not read Georgian. It is included free, so a café on the Free plan gets the same menu page as a restaurant group.

What you get

The menu is a fast web page that opens on restaurant Wi-Fi and can be found by search engines.

How it works with the rest of Wox

The QR menu reads the menu you keep in Wox POS, and the dishes there are the ones Inventory & purchasing costs against your stock. When you run Wox Loyalty, the QR on the table can sit next to the QR that lets guests join your stamp card.

Questions

Is the QR menu really free?

Yes. It is included on every Wox plan, including the Free plan, which needs no card. There is no separate charge for the menu page or the QR code, and plan limits do not cap the number of dishes.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Scanning the code opens a normal web page in the phone's browser. The page is rendered on the server, so it loads quickly on restaurant Wi-Fi.

Can I hide prices or keep the menu in draft?

Yes. You can hide prices, which suits catering and event menus, and keep the whole page in draft until you publish it.
