Accounting from the sales you already record
We are building accounting into Wox: VAT, rs.ge filings and profit and loss, worked out from the sales and purchases Wox already holds. There is no date yet.
What it does
Most venues keep their books twice: once in the till and the stock system, and again in a spreadsheet or a separate accounting program before the accountant files. Wox already records each sale in Wox POS and each delivery in Inventory & purchasing, including the waybills it imports from rs.ge. Accounting is meant to use those records directly instead of asking you to type them in again.
The plan covers three things first: the VAT you owe on sales and can reclaim on purchases, the filings you send to rs.ge, and a profit and loss statement for each location and for the whole business. The details will be shaped by the venues on the waitlist.
Who it is for
Owners who pay an accountant to re-enter numbers the till already knows, and accountants who look after several Georgian restaurants or bars and want the figures in one place each month.

How it works with the rest of Wox
Accounting is meant to sit on top of Wox POS for sales and Inventory & purchasing for costs, supplier waybills and food cost. It will use the business, team and roles you set up on this portal, so your accountant can be invited like any other team member.
