A host that answers the phone in Georgian
We are building an AI host for your phone line: it answers calls in Georgian, books the table and answers the simple questions, so your team can stay with the guests in the room.
What it does
On a busy night the phone rings while the host is seating a table, the bartender is three orders behind and the manager is in the kitchen. Calls go unanswered, and some of them were bookings.
The AI host is meant to pick up those calls. It speaks Georgian, asks for the date, the time and the number of guests, checks your tables and makes the booking. It can tell a caller your opening hours or your address, and pass the call to a person when the question needs one. You will decide what it may answer and when it hands over.
Who it is for
Restaurants and bars that take bookings by phone and miss calls at the busiest hours, and venues whose staff spend the first hour of service on the phone instead of the floor.
