Stamp cards that live in your customers' phones
Wox Loyalty replaces the paper stamp card. Customers scan a QR at your counter, add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and the card updates itself every time your staff stamp it.
What it does
You design the card on loyalty.wox.ge: its colours, the stamp icon, how many stamps fill it, and up to five rewards along the way, such as half price at three stamps and a free coffee at six. You can give new members one or two stamps as a head start.
Wox gives you a QR code and a link to print or share. A customer scans it, types a name (a phone number, email and birthday are optional) and the card opens in the phone's browser, ready to add to Apple Wallet on an iPhone or Google Wallet on Android. Nobody installs an app.
Your staff open the scanner on any phone, scan the card or type a phone number, and add stamps. The card in the customer's Wallet updates on its own; on an iPhone the new count appears on the lock screen. Rewards unlock when they are earned and are marked as used when you hand them over.
Who it is for
Cafés, bars, restaurants, bakeries, salons and shops that want regulars to come back without printing cards or buying hardware. The app and the customer's card are in Georgian and English.

Wox Loyalty has its own plans on this portal and works without Wox POS. Pro and Business include an API key and a stamp endpoint so a till can add stamps; the connection that lets Wox POS stamp cards at payment is planned. Your Wox account and team on this portal are the same ones you use for Kari.

Questions
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan your QR code, the card opens in the phone's browser, and they add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The card also stays available as a web page.
What does the Free plan include?
One active card, up to 100 cardholders and two team members, with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet included. The back of the card says Powered by Wox. Pro at 29 GEL a month adds three cards, unlimited cardholders, ten team members, your own logo, CSV export and an API key.
How does the card in Wallet update?
When your staff add a stamp, Wox sends the new card to the customer's phone. Apple Wallet shows the new count on the lock screen, and Google Wallet updates the saved card.
